This page explains what happens to the info you share through the tattoo request form on offtattoos.ink. I'm Ophelia, a tattoo artist in Seattle (Off.Tattoos_), and I'm the only person who reads your request.

What I collect

• Your name and the contact info you choose to share (Instagram handle, email, or phone number)
• Your tattoo idea, placement, size, color preference, and any notes, timing, or budget you add
• Reference photos you upload, including photos of an existing tattoo or scar

This site doesn't use ads, tracking pixels, or analytics.

How I use it

Only to understand your idea, design your tattoo, send you a quote, and schedule your appointment. I never sell your info or share it with anyone for marketing.

Your photos

Reference photos and photos of your skin are used only to plan your tattoo. I always ask before posting anything about your tattoo online.

Where it's stored

When you send the form, your request is saved to my private Google account (Google Drive, Sheets, and email). Google stores it on my behalf. No one else has access to it.

Text messages

If you choose Text as a way to reach you, I'll only text you about your request and appointment. Reply STOP anytime and I'll stop texting you.

How long I keep it

I keep your request for as long as it's useful for your booking, touch-ups, and my records. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the info you sent me. Just email book@offtattoos.ink or message me on Instagram at @off.tattoos_.
